Most AI email tools draft only when you ask. Sales sequences auto-send without your review. WIDEN AI is different — it watches your inbox, identifies follow-up moments, and writes drafts to your Drafts folder at +3, +7, and +14 days. Open your inbox. The drafts are already there, waiting for your review.
First 100 founding members lock in $299/month forever. Public pricing rises to $499/month once the cohort is full.
There are two crowded categories of AI email tools today: on-demand AI (draft when you ask) and auto-send sequences (send without you watching). WIDEN AI is built for the missing middle — AI that drafts continuously in the background, but never sends.
1. On-demand AI — you click "Help me write", AI drafts a reply. Gemini, Copilot, Superhuman, Shortwave. Only works when you're at your laptop and remember to use it.
2. Auto-send sequences — AI sends emails on a schedule without your review. HubSpot Sequences, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft. Risky for high-trust client work — wrong context, wrong tone, sent without your eyes on it.
3. WIDEN AI — watches your inbox in the background, identifies follow-up moments, writes drafts to your Drafts folder (Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP). You open your inbox when you're ready; the drafts are waiting. Nothing sent without your review.
These aren't features you bolt onto on-demand AI or auto-send sequences. They require AI that's watching the inbox continuously and writing without permission — and choosing not to send.
When a client replies and goes quiet, drafts of a polite check-in appear in your Drafts folder at +3, +7, and +14 days. Open your inbox, review, hit send. The follow-ups you'd otherwise miss, pre-written before you remember them.
Every month, drafts of a personalised catch-up email appear for contacts you haven't spoken to in 90+ days — based on your prior conversation history with them. The relationships you'd otherwise lose, kept warm without conscious effort.
Drafts include your registration number, the disclaimers your profession requires, and the framing that keeps you on the right side of your regulator. Configurable per industry — currently tuned for MARA, BAS/Tax Agent Services, and financial-advice compliance contexts.
OAuth connection (no password sharing). WIDEN AI reads your sent + received email to learn your tone and identify follow-up moments. Your data stays in your account — strict per-user isolation.
Every few hours, WIDEN AI scans for: clients who replied and went quiet, contacts you haven't spoken to in 90+ days, and new enquiries needing a first reply. Each gets queued for drafting.
WIDEN AI writes the drafts using your prior conversation context, your tone, and your industry's compliance requirements. The drafts sit in your Drafts folder (Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP) — labelled and ready.
Open your inbox when you're back at your laptop. Read the draft, edit if you want, hit send. WIDEN AI never auto-sends. Every email goes out with your eyes on it.
Across every AI email tool we've seen — sequence tools, draft tools, CRMs — no other product writes drafts in the background and refuses to auto-send. That gap is where WIDEN AI lives.
| Writes drafts unprompted | Never auto-sends | Stay-in-touch for cold contacts | Compliance-aware | |

Why no one else built this. Writing drafts in the background means running AI continuously on email content (compute cost), tolerating false positives gracefully (UX cost), and choosing not to send (counter to every other email automation business model). On-demand AI is cheaper to operate; auto-send is more profitable per email. WIDEN AI exists because we built it for our own migration practice first — and discovered the same pattern matters for every solo professional who can't risk auto-send.
Built for service businesses where client communication is the work — and where the wrong email at the wrong time costs more than the right one was worth.
WIDEN AI is still being shaped by its earliest subscribers. The first 100 founding members get direct access to the team, help shape the product, and lock in the founder rate for life. Public pricing rises to $499/month once the founding cohort fills.
See /founders for the full founding-member details and seat count.
Gemini and Copilot draft on demand — you ask, they reply. WIDEN AI drafts on a schedule — at +3, +7, and +14 days from when you last replied to a client, drafts automatically appear in your Drafts folder (Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP) ready for review. The follow-ups you'd otherwise forget are pre-written before you remember them.
Sales sequence tools auto-send emails on a schedule. That works for cold outbound but is dangerous for high-trust client communication — wrong context, wrong tone, sent without your eyes on it. WIDEN AI drafts on a schedule but never auto-sends. The drafts wait in your Drafts folder for your review and approval.
Streak, Folk, and Dex remind you to reach out — they don't write the email for you. WIDEN AI both reminds AND writes the draft using your prior conversation history with that contact. Open your inbox, see the draft is ready, review and send.
WIDEN AI complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Each user's data is strictly isolated — OAuth credentials (Gmail, Outlook) and IMAP credentials are stored and used per-user with strict isolation (not shared across users) to prevent cross-account data leakage. All client data stays within your account.
You delete the draft. Nothing has been sent. The draft was a starting point — every email leaves your inbox only after you review and click send. The cost of a bad draft is the 5 seconds it took to read it.
