It is not a CRM you fill in by hand. Start by forwarding a single client email and reading the draft that comes back. When you want the whole practice covered, connect the inbox — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or any IMAP provider — with read-only OAuth you can revoke in one click.

Forward one email

Every account gets a private WIDEN address. Send a client thread to it and a drafted reply comes back — client, visa, deadlines and documents already read out of it. No connection, no configuration.

Connect the inbox

Read scope only, via the same OAuth flow Calendly and Loom use. Ninety days index in about two minutes: clients identified, matters mapped, attachments filed to the right workspace.

WIDEN AI is practice-management software. It is not a migration agent and gives no immigration assistance or migration advice. It is designed to support your duties under the Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021 — including ss 13, 23, 24 and 39 — but compliance rests with you as the registered agent, and you apply your own professional judgement to everything the tool produces.

Is this compliant with my MARA obligations?

WIDEN AI is software, not an agent — it gives no immigration assistance and never lodges. Drafts go to your Drafts folder for you to review, sign and send, so the work is performed personally by you. It is built to support ss 13, 23, 24 and 39 of the Code, but the compliance itself remains yours.

Do I have to connect my email?

No. Forward any client email to your private WIDEN address and a draft comes back — that is the fastest way to try it. Connecting the inbox is the upgrade that adds full sync, so drafts appear in your Drafts folder and Command Centre can find silent clients, pre-fill data sheets and chase missing documents. Read scope only; disconnect anytime.

Does it ever send an email on its own?

No. Not replies, not the day 3 / 7 / 14 follow-ups, not marketing. Everything lands in your Drafts folder. WIDEN AI never contacts your clients.

Where is client data held?

In Australia, encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256, isolated per account with no cross-account access. We never store your email password — access is an OAuth token you can revoke. Designed against the Privacy Act 1988 and the APPs.

Can callers tell Aria is not a person?

Yes, because she says so. Aria introduces herself as an AI assistant for your practice, takes the enquiry accurately and books the consultation — but never pretends to be human and never gives migration advice. The alternative is voicemail.
